However, children weighing less than 20 kg need help with the adjustment, otherwise the piano bench will not lower.

A clean, slightly damp cloth is sufficient for cleaning the covers and the frames. If soiled, use a mild soap solution.
The vegan covers can also be cleaned with medical disinfectants. We will be happy to name suitable means for you.
We have been manufacturing piano benches for around 25 years and, despite our lifetime guarantee, have only had to carry out a few repairs so far. Besides “accident damage”, it was usually due to the gas spring losing some of its gas charge after many years. Then the piano bench no longer lifts by itself.
The tough continuous operation at music academies is our best test field. There we find that after about 15 years, the first repairs may become necessary.
The entire Glissando piano bench is designed to be repairable. Whether it’s the mechanics, the upholstered seat, or the frame, we can repair any damage or fix it with replacement parts. We do it carefully and inexpensively.
The guarantee period is two years for the entire bench.
