We have been manufacturing piano benches for around 25 years and, despite our lifetime guarantee, have only had to carry out a few repairs so far. Besides “accident damage”, it was usually due to the gas spring losing some of its gas charge after many years. That’s also covered by our service.
The entire Glissando piano bench is designed to be repairable. Whether it’s the mechanics, the upholstered seat, or the frame, we can repair any damage or fix it with replacement parts. We do it carefully and inexpensively.

Yes, a clean, slightly damp cloth is all you need to clean the covers and frames. If soiled, use a mild soap solution.
The vegan covers can also be cleaned with medical disinfectants.
